------------------------------- MINUTES -------------------------------------
Bob Ross conducted the meeting.
Weston Beal recorded the minutes.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 11 April 2023 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

Call for opens:
 - Mic Schader sent an email to Lance saying that he is not able to attend
this meeting for a couple of weeks but has some input for the IBIS Quality
	specification regarding power-aware models.

AR review:
 - Weston will download the ibischk7.2.0 and check using the -caution flag,
the EMD files that Randy sent previously.
   done
 - Weston will check with Atul on the idea of 2 error or warning messages for
   loading AMI executables.
   pending

New ARs:
 - Bob and Randy will create 2 bug reports for the EMD NC signal issues.

Discussion:
a.	IBISCHK720 – Test Randy’s 7.2 Files – Done
Bob also checked the files that Randy originally sent out. Randy updated
the test file and provided it to the open forum for testing of the changes
in the parser. Randy described the 3 test EMD files to show the different
cases of using NC pins in the [Designator Pin List]. There is another
statement in the specification about not using a designator pin of
signal_type NC as a terminal in the EMD Model. We don't have an example of
this to test. Randy created and tested this case during the meeting and
found the parser issues a caution. The group agreed that this should be an
error, since it is in direct conflict with a requirement in the
specification. [AR] Bob and Randy will create 2 bug reports for these
	issues.

b.	Generate other executables, upload on IBIS Site, After IBIS OF approval,
distribute Source Code to License Owners
Bob stated that he will go ahead and submit the parser for approval by the
open forum with the notification that there are 2 minor errors as
	described above.

c.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI – Weston Beal will investigate
further and possibly propose two messages, one for static library, one for
dynamic library (We are waiting for a response from Atul.)

d.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation)
Mic Shader will contribute to this work in a couple of weeks.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
a.	Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation (Security fixes
    continuation), (TSCHK2, BUG6)
b.	TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 and BUG6 (implementation on hold)

Weston moved to adjourn. Bob seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 12:56 pm ET
